Welcome to glimmerpebble. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms apply to all users and customers of our store. Please read them carefully.

1. About glimmerpebble

GlimmerPebble is an independent store offering custom-designed products printed and shipped by a third-party provider, Gelato ASA. We use their global network of fulfilment partners to produce and deliver items made especially for you.

2. Made-to-Order & One-Off Products

Most items sold on this site are made to order, printed specifically for you once an order is placed.
Because of this, we do not hold stock or offer returns or exchanges unless there's a fault.

Occasionally, we may offer one-off or pre-produced items (e.g. limited editions, artist collaborations, or in-person sales). These will be clearly marked and may have different return and shipping policies — details will be provided on the product page.

3. Content Ownership & Intellectual Property

All artwork, slogans, designs, and content on this site belong to glimmerpebble or are used with permission.

Any content you upload (if custom products are enabled in future) must:

  • Belong to you or be properly licensed

  • Not infringe on anyone else’s rights

  • Not contain offensive, harmful, or illegal content

By placing an order, you confirm that you have full rights to use any design or content submitted. You agree to indemnify us and our partners (including Gelato) against any third-party claims related to intellectual property infringement.

4. Order Processing

  • Once you place an order, it’s sent automatically for fulfilment.

  • Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once they’ve entered production.

  • We do not guarantee colour accuracy across all devices or screens.

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, especially if it violates our design or content guidelines.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is handled by Gelato’s international fulfilment network.
Estimated delivery times, shipping options, and costs are shown at checkout.

Once a package has shipped, we are not responsible for delivery delays due to courier issues, customs, or weather events.

6. Returns & Quality Issues

Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for unwanted items, incorrect sizing, or change of mind.

If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective:

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery

  • Include your order number and a photo of the item

  • We'll work with Gelato to arrange a replacement or refund

We do not offer return addresses, and returns cannot be sent to Gelato.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Minor variations in product appearance

  • Delays caused by third-party couriers or customs

  • Loss or damage due to misuse

  • Any indirect or incidental losses

Our total liability is limited to the value of your purchase.

8. Privacy & Data

We collect only the data necessary to process your order and provide service.
We share your data with our fulfilment partner (Gelato) for printing and delivery.
